    I have been having hard time finding these, since All the Phone Apps are Available, I tried that for several months, Turns out after few weeks i kept those results that i was seeing on phone, as it become just a Number on screen, however when i wrote it in book i watched my diet.
    I don't say Apps are bad but some will always ignore after few days.
